Booking Terms and Conditions

1. All prices quoted are on a weekly  or short break basis.

2. Minimum stay 3 nights.

3. Where a holiday week covers two charging periods, the period rate in which the greater number of nights are   spent in the property shall apply, or short-break tariff.

4. A non-refundable deposit of one third of the rental is required to confirm your booking.

5. All bookings must be paid in full at least seven weeks before your arrival; no reminders will be sent. Full payment is non-returnable due to cancellation. We would advise that you take out insurance in case of cancellation.

6. A refundable deposit of £50 Sterling is required to cover damage/breakage . A separate cheque/payment for this amount should be sent when paying the final balance. This will be refunded, as appropriate, shortly after departure.

7. On full payment of rental we will send you final instructions on the property with key holder arrangements and routing instructions. We ask you to contact us a few days before your arrival to finalise key collection arrangements.

8. Any special requirements should be discussed on payment of the deposit.

9. The Mews  has sleeping accommodation for 4/5 people.
The Rose Street Flat 2/3 people.
The Courtyard 4/5 people.
In NO circumstances may the number of people occupying  either property exceed these limits  unless agreed in advance, in writing. We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate the hire without notice if this condition is not observed or refuse to handover the property to any person, who in our opinion, is not suitable to take charge.

10. Rentals during July and August are on a weekly basis only.

11. Departure time for all properties is by 10.00 a.m.
      Arrival time by arrangement after 2.00 p.m.
      (Times are flexible to suit guests whenever possible)

12. We regret, Non -smokers only and sorry no pets.
