This family run property offers real 'home-from-home' level of comfort.The kitchen with terra cotta floor tiles offers modern units, and is well equipped  with breakfast bar, microwave, electric hob, oven, fridge, toaster and washing machine. Access to the kitchen and bathroom is from the hall.

Accommodation: Sleeps 1-3 people.
consists of a small hallway leading to a comfortable, well furnished and brightly decorated lounge.The compact double bedroom is accessed from the lounge. Both the bedroom and lounge windows overlook Rose Street.The accommodation will comfortably sleep two, however, an additional pull-down bed in the lounge can be provided.

 

 

The compact bathroom has a modern suite, tiled walls and floor,shaving point and electric screen with shower above the bath. 

What's provided: Electricity. Electric heating, TV, pay-telephone, cooking utensils, towels, crockery and all bed linen.

 

 

 

Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and many cafes and restaurants on Rose Street.  An excellent base to enjoy the famous Edinburgh New Year Hogmanay celebrations and the world famous Edinburgh International Festival. 

All parking in surrounding streets is metered. The nearest long stay (24hr) car park is approximately 12 minutes walk at Castle Terrace or 15 min's at the east end of Queen Street.
