Prices from £275 -£495 on weekly tariff and from £59 per night on short -break tariff dependant on season.   Some discounts for off-peak,  low occupation  or late booking.

"The Courtyard" offers visitors real ‘home-from-home’ level of comfort  and  decor with  tasteful and modern furnishings. This is an ideal base for tourists who want the flexibility afforded by good quality self catering accommodation, but also want a convenient base to explore Fife, Perthshire, Edinburgh and beyond.  The accommodation will comfortably sleep four. A fifth person strictly by arrangement.

The two storey terraced cottage in courtyard setting consists of an open-plan living room /dining area and kitchen on the upper floor. Hall, bathroom, two bedrooms and utility room, on the ground level.  Well furnished and equipped throughout with Gas central heating.

Sleeping accommodation is located on the lower floor and consists of two double bedrooms.One with twin single beds and the other with a  double bed.

A modern  bathroom with shower above the bath is also on the lower  floor.

What’s Provided:
All bed linen. One set of bath and hand towels per person.
Gas and electricity. Fully equipped kitchen and utility room: appliances include,  washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, electric hob & cooker, microwave, toaster and all cooking utensils .Television/Video and Hi-Fi in the lounge.
A Pay-Telephone is located in the hall  Small private garden to rear of the cottage with a lockable garden shed. Some maps, tourist information brochures and travel timetables 

And of course, to make you feel at home, complimentary Tea/coffee tray is provided on your arrival. 

Getting about from The Courtyard.....
Visitors may find it convenient to have a car. Private parking provided.Car,bus or train journey time into Edinburgh approx 20/25minutes (14miles North of Edinburgh city centre over famous Forth Bridge).
Easy access to motorway North and South.for all parts of Scotland. Buses to & from Edinburgh, and linking to services across Fife are approximately 10 minutes walk
The Dalgety Bay railway station (with parking) is a short drive  (or cycle) away. Excellent bus park/ride  facility is a 5minute drive away with frequent fast and cheap service into Edinburgh  and other destinations. 
Rosyth Ferry Port is 4 miles away with daily sailings to Zeebrugge. 
Edinburgh Airport is 8 miles away. 
Fife fishing villages and St Andrews easy and pretty drive away. 
"The Courtyard" is adjacent to  The Fife Coastal Path, wonderful  for cyclists and walkers and is quietly situated on the outskirts of  the neat town of Dalgety Bay  which offers all the  normal amenities (Supermarket, Church, Shops Restaurants Pub, Sports Centre.)
